Why INK?

INK is the in-game "technology index" of the Trident MMO. INK will be used to for experimental DeFi and derivates that lay on top of the MMO's core gameplay and economy. One can think of "Lumber Futures" when trying to imagine an example for this. We will publish more information about this soon. The Trident team is currently finishing a large research paper regarding the (previously broken, but common) two token model, how INK + PSI solves it, as well as The Delta Player State Transition (Both are necessary, for the solution to an unsurfaced trilemma in cryptocurrency gaming.)

Are there Emissions on the INK Supply?

Not currently. There are no plans to have any incentive programs that involve emissions. The only planned rewards system is with our DEX, OasisSwap. The token supply is 1,000,000,000 INK, and will remain that way. All tokens are either claimable, or have been claimed.
